Milton Spivack MSN, FNP-BC
Family Nurse Practitioner
Milton is a native Philadelphian. He graduated from University of Delaware in 1988, Roxborough Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in 1994, Eastern College in 1998, and is a MSN FNP graduate from University of Phoenix. He started his nursing career working at our nation’s first hospital, Pennsylvania Hospital, and then spent many years working in the Cardio-Thoracic Surgical Intensive Care Unit at the Hospital of University of Pennsylvania.
Milton has a passion for primary care and believes patients obtain the best results when they have input into their treatment plan. Milton is well versed in the latest evidence based practice guidelines and research validated practice standards. Milton is a member of the American Nurses Association, Arizona Nurses Association, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, and was recently elected to be the Community Service Chairman of the Arizona Advanced Practice/Nurse Practitioner Society.
He has two daughters, two Bernese Mountain Dogs and enjoys hiking, camping, rock climbing and participating in wilderness expedition medicine programs.
